Fiesta Barbecue & Bibingka: Reviews & Ratings
This place is beyond my expectations!, Glad I try to call and place my order. Staff are nice and I'll definitely come back to try more of their food! Easy parking and fast service!
Plenty of parking in a strip mall near Starbucks and subway! Decent size portions of food for a reasonable price- good menu selection with vegetarian options available and they highlight the most popular dishes in case you are unfamiliar with their type of cuisine. Dining area is accommodating but it is more of a counter service restaurant so nothing spectacular! I would eat here again and try other menu options because the food is tasty! Also I got take out and they wrap with plastic wrap so food was still very hot when I got home! Employees were friendly and greeted customers appropriately and even knew some local regular patrons by first name- I suggest trying this place out I believe it is South Pacific Philippine dishes but definitely a good change from fast food and appeared healthier for you!
Great food, very similar to a Chinese type food! We choose this location via google maps. Very close to the IKEA in Carson, CA. First...Bibingka loosely translate bakery or pastry? Since we were in the area, we wanted to try Filipino dishes. This was the closest to us, and barbeque sounded great! We arrived early afternoon, and to our luck...it was not crowded. The restaurant had an array of chicken, pork and seafood dishes. We choose the mixed combo dish, with a choice of different seafood and meat. Served on banana leaves, fried rice and egg flower soup. In this case, we ordered Seared salmon, pork liempo with the bibingko pastry. The salmon was moist and seared, nothing fried! Tasty and Hot! The food is very good and not all too outlandish taste wise. I feel picky eaters would like coming here and really like the food. Restaurant located in very nice strip mall, with plenty of parking. It did not start to get busy until after 4pm. The mixed plate was $12.50, chicken bowl at 7.75 with generous portions of chicken! The cashier was very patient with us, and helped us me with the pronunciation of the pork Liempo.
First time to try this place. I ordered Tuna Belly and bibingka. The combo comes with a soup, tuna belly and java rice for only $13. The food was fresh and tasty. I ended up ordering a pork liempo since I got so satisfied with the tuna belly.
I always want to try the "Fiesta Barbecue & Bibingka Restaurant" in Carson. It is Philippine foods, and I like their barbecue foods. Restaurant was near my home so I walked to the restaurant. When I walked to the restaurant, It wasn't crowded at all. It was a small restaurant, and they maintained the place really cleaned. I walked to the counter, and I ordered my favorite fish , salmon dish, which was Salmon vegie Bowl. A young lady at the counter, she was friendly and helpful with selecting their menu. After that, I went outside for a while, and then I picked up my order. I came home, and I tried their famous barbecue salmon bowl. Salmon was cooked perfect, and their sauce was amazing. Then, broccoli, carrots, and cabbage served with steamed white rice, which were great combinations. It was delicious and tasty foods. I loved the food, but the portion was small. I knew that salmon was pretty expensive fish. I wished that portion was much bigger. Anyway, I enjoyed the delicious food, and I would return to their restaurant again.
This place is goated. I came here a yesterday for lunch and decided to try their popular pork liempo and the bibingka. If you're ever near Carson, I encourage you heavily to try out this authentic Filipino food.
The ambiance here is nice compared to other Filipino fast foods. Rachel and Jen are friendly. The owner is a nice man too. They make you feel welcome every time we come into their restaurant. I recommend their pork bbq and bibingka.
Everything else is good but there's just a small seating area for maybe a dozen people.
